The Value of Intergenerational Workplaces
I’ve talked before about some powerful examples of intergenerational workplaces, including Chip Conley’s excellent book Wisdom at Work.
When we work together, we can create a better environment at work and a better world. There’s something for all of us to learn from each other.
If you’ve struggled with any of the challenges of an intergenerational office, it’s a great idea to take a step back and realize that we can effectively work together. It might just take some effort and understanding on both sides (and realizing that no one is perfect!).
