At Home Exercises to Improve Health, Strength, and Balance

I talked a couple weeks ago about a new at-home workout I’m doing. While I’m loving feeling stronger (and sore!) on a regular basis, I know that many of you might want to get started with a great at home workout that’s maybe a bit less intense.

Enter physical therapists and YouTube sensations Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck

They started their YouTube channel in 2011 and strive to offer the best “get fit, stay healthy, and pain-free” information directed toward people 0 to 101 years old. They have over 60 years of combined experience in the physical therapy field and bring their humor into every informational video they make.

We’re doing something a bit different this week and highlighting one of their recent videos. In it, they walk you through the best at home exercises, perfect for those of us that are 50 and over. These exercises will help to improve your health, strength & balance – without any equipment!
